Charlotte Hitchcock is the Chief Executive Officer and President of Global Domestic Advisory Partners, LLC, doing business as Global Integrated Supply.


Prior to entering the private sector, Ms. Hitchcock served as General Counsel of Newark Public Schools, New Jersey’s largest school district, with a budget of $1 billion and over 4,000 employees.


In New York State government, Ms. Hitchcock served as Special Advisor to the  Empire State Development Corporation, where she advised New York Governor Andrew Cuomo’s Administration on how best to implement its Minority, Woman-owned Business Enterprise (MWBE) policy agenda.

Ms. Hitchcock was the chief negotiator of New York State’s landmark MWBE legislation. Governor Paterson also appointed her to serve as New York State’s first Chief Diversity Officer.

In addition to serving two Governors, Ms. Hitchcock was Deputy Counsel to New York State Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver, and served as senior advisor on all issues related to labor and criminal justice. She began her professional career as a civil and criminal defense attorney at the Legal Aid Society of New York City.

Ms. Hitchcock received her Juris Doctor degree from New York University Law School. She holds a Master in Public Health degree from Yale University and earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan.
